Terms of Office:
- The term of office for officers shall be for two years.
- President and Secretary will be elected on the alternating years that Treasurer and Vice President are elected.
- Trustees will be elected for three year terms, also in alternative elections, where one trustee is elected per year.
In the 2023 election, terms of 1, 2 and 3 years were chosen for new trustees, so terms would end in rotation order.
Member Concerns (bylaws Section 7):
All matters of Members' concern must be brought only to an Officer for consideration and investigation by the Board of Directors
